TSF Hybrid Thermal Power Plant™ as a concept

The TSF Hybrid Thermal Power Plant™ is a heat generation system that can use several energy sources in parallel to produce heat according to the needs of the site. The idea is practical: heating remains under control even when consumption varies throughout the day and year, and when energy prices and availability fluctuate. The Hybrid Thermal Power Plant™ is suitable for sites where heating is part of the operational reliability and cost structure, and where there is a desire to build emission-free heat generation in a way that is simple to commission and easy to operate.

It is clearly linked to the target system and deployed as a single delivery. This allows for a controlled modernisation of the heat supply and a straightforward commissioning process, even when there are many other everyday activities going on at the site at the same time.

Intelligent steering makes the hybrid work

The TSF Hybrid Thermal Power Plant™ controls heat production through its intelligent control system. The control system constantly monitors conditions and system status, and selects the production method that best serves the situation. In practice, this means that heating operation is not based on fixed assumptions, but is controlled according to what is needed at the time.

The control system brings a clear operating logic to the heat production, which is reflected in smoothness and predictability in everyday life. By automatically detecting and responding to load changes, the system keeps the operator’s role light and the whole system does not require constant adjustment. At the same time, the control helps to make rational use of the energy sources available, so that heat is produced at a controlled cost, even when the outdoor temperature changes rapidly or there are large fluctuations in energy prices.

Governance also works through transparency. By monitoring production, the functioning of the whole can be understood and improved, and decision-making is facilitated, both in terms of use and future investments. For the customer, this means above all that heat production is kept under control without surprises, and that the system behaves logically in situations where heating is required most.
